WEBB CITY, Mo. -- Lady Cardinals Soccer kicked off their season hot with an offensive shutout against the Carl Junction Lady Bulldogs. Webb City defeated Carl Junction 3-0, improving to an overall record of 1-0.

Dakota DeGraffenreid started the team off in the 10th minute with a strike down the middle.

The offense had some shots on goal in the first half, but didn't see the net again until the 2nd half. Avery Allen extended the lead to 2-0 in the 61st minute.

Anisley Cranford earned the final goal of the game in the 70th minute. 

Webb City returns home to play McDonald County Thursday, March 26th.
