Casey Heger registered a double-double and Webb City used a big third quarter to get past Springfield Central 60-41 on Monday night.
Heger scored 16 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for the Cardinals, who improved to 16-3.
Mikaela Burgess scored nine of her game-high 23 points during Webb City's big third quarter, when the Cardinals stretched a 22-19 halftime lead to 45-34.
"The third quarter was big for us," Webb City coach Brad Shorter said. "We were able to get some pressure on them and create some easy baskets. We kind of woke up a little bit."
Desirea Buerge added eight for the Cardinals.
Central was led by Jocelyn Williams' 10 points.
Webb City now prepares for a showdown with Republic at home on Thursday
