Nixa survived Webb City's comeback attempt in the fourth quarter and defeated the Lady Cardinals 40-36 for the championship of the Freeman/Lady Eagles Classic on Saturday at Missouri Southern's Young Gymnasium.

Nixa's defense held Webb City to one point in the first five minutes of the fourth quarter as the Eagles built 35-29 lead.
