The Lady Cardinals wound up third in the Blue Springs Tournament that finished on Saturday.
Webb City opened with a 9-8 victory over Ft Zumwalt West on Friday and dropping a 4-1 decision to second place finisher Belton.
On Saturday, the Cardinals opened the morning with a 1-0 victory over Kearney, before losing 15-0 to eventual champion Blue Springs 15-0 and then falling 7-6 to Richmond.
Ashley Allgood, a freshman right-hander, tossed a five-hitter to beat Kearney. She struck out five and didn't walk a batter.
The Cardinals scored in the top of the sixth inning on a two-out triple by Desirea Buerge, who had two hits, and a single by Allgood.
Emily Harris had three hits, including two home runs, and four RBI against Richmond. Mariah Newby added two safeties.
The Cardinals, trailing 6-4 entering the seventh inning, tied it on Harris' two-out, solo homer, and a triple and steal of home by Buerge.
But Richmond responded by pushing across the winning run in the bottom of the frame.
Buerge, a senior, and Harris, a junior, were all-tourney selections for Webb City (10-8 overall).
