Webb City tallied nine runs in the first two innings and downed Carl Junction 9-1 in the championship game of the Miami Tournament.
Alexah Replogle's two-run triple helped the Cardinals (17-2) grab a 3-0 lead in the first inning, and the Cardinals' six-run second included a two-run double by Kaitlin Beason and two-run triple by Laney Kneib.
Chelsea Smith had two of the Cardinals' six hits. Beason also was the winning pitcher, striking out four batters and walking none while yielding six hits.
