Webb City broke a tight game open with 13-0 run to begin the fourth quarter en route to winning its first Central Ozark Conference contest in four outings.
The Cardinals, trailing 40-37 at halftime and 52-50 after three quarters, outscored the Pirates 25-13 in the final period.
Alex Gaskill and Jaystin Smith combined on the first 10 points to open the fourth and a three pointer from Cohl Vaden put the Cardinals up by 11 at 63-52.
Alex Gaskill pumped in 19 points, on 9 of 12 shooting, to lead the Cardinal scoring while Smith and Terrell Kabala each added 10 points. Gaskill and Smith each grabbed 7 rebounds
The Cardinals (10-8, 1-3) travel to Carl Juction next Tuesday evening.
